Milan, surprise name pops up for attack: Dia in the crosshairs

AC Milan is scouring the market in search of a Giroud deputy: among the latest names being considered by the Rossoneri managers is Boulaye Dia, a Senegalese striker just bought back from Salernitana.

Dia, sixteen goals last season with the granata, in his first Serie A season, has a €25 million termination clause and could be the ideal solution for the Diavolo, an alternative to the first targets that remain West Ham’s Gianluca Scamacca and Atletico Madrid’s Alvaro Morata.

At the moment, however, both tracks have cooled: Scamacca costs too much and will not come to Milan on loan, while Morata has an €8 million salary that is unsustainable for the Milanese club.
