Milan toasts: picked up Pulisic, deal underway for another big name in attack
After the bitterness over the sale of Sandro Tonali and the farewell of Paolo Maldini, the first joys arrive for Rossoneri fans: the Diavolo has reached an agreement with Chelsea for the transfer to Milan of Christian Pulisic.
The U.S. offensive midfielder, who will be Stefano Pioli’s three-quarter joker, will settle in the Rossoneri for a sum close to 20 million euros, plus bonuses. The deal is closing but the final go-ahead is still awaited, which will come after final details on the contract are finalized.
It does not end here for the Rossoneri attack: Milan is negotiating with Atletico Madrid the arrival of Alvaro Morata. The former Juve man has already said yes to Milan and will reduce his salary, while Atletico will receive between 10 and 12 million euros.
