Chelsea rejects Inter Milan’s bid for Romelu Lukaku
British media report that Chelsea has reportedly rejected Inter Milan’s €30 million bid to bring Romelu Lukaku back to Milan, this time on a permanent basis.
In fact, the Blues want 45 million: so there are already sparks between the two clubs even if the negotiations have not in fact started yet. It is now up to the Nerazzurri market men to find a compromise offer because the gap is still too wide. To complicate things further, Juventus has reportedly come forward for Big Rom.
Lukaku was sensationally sold by Inter Milan to Chelsea for 115 million in the summer of 2021 but at the end of June last year the equally sensational return to the Nerazzurri side of the Navigli on an interest-only loan deal. How will this turn out?
