Inter: two new names for the right flank
Inter is looking for a deputy Dumfries for the right flank of Simone Inzaghi’s lineup. After the farewell of Raoul Bellanova, who moved to Torino, the role has remained uncovered, and the Nerazzurri are scouring the market in search of a level-headed right outside player.
According to Tuttosport reports, in addition to Spezia player Emil Holm, who is disputed with Juventus, the Nerazzurri have their eyes on Marcus Pedersen, a class of 2000 from Feyenoord, who played 40 games between league and cups last season.
Also in Inter’s sights would be Fenerbahce’s right outside forward Ferdi Kadioglu, a Turkish national, class of 1999 who was on the field 29 times, and scored three goals, last season. No less than 20 million euros are needed for the player, too much at the moment for the Biscione.
This is what Marotta had to say about the Nerazzurri market on the sidelines of Inter’s presentation of the season: ” Our market continues in agreement with the guidelines of the ownership: Ausilio and Baccin have done and are doing an excellent job by setting up important teams without huge investments. Inzaghi has then enhanced their work. There are still 40 days left and there is a lot to work on, but we will try to make a competitive team. We want to rejuvenate the roster and make a contribution to the national team.”
“Inter will be competitive: today we are here with all the management present because, in addition to a team that takes the field, there is another one behind the scenes. We all love Inter. I would also like to thank our fans and our ownership, which has never let us lack resources so that our work could be finalized. And also the corporate side with Antonello. I wish everyone good work and may it give us much satisfaction.”
