Lazio, on contract renewal Felipe Anderson speaks out
Renewal is not a thought, willingness to be part of the project is.
Felipe Anderson is armoring himself at Lazio, while admitting that he does not yet want to address the issue of renewal. This was explained by the Brazilian himself, in very clear words collected by ‘Sky Sport’ in an interview carried out Tuesday from the biancoceleste retreat in Auronzo di Cadore.
“Definitely here I am very happy,” said Felipe Anderson, “And at the moment I don’t want to think about anything else, because the head has to be here and I have to focus on the preparation. We know that this phase affects the whole season very much. So I don’t want to distract myself, about the future we will talk later.”
The Brazilian then focused on his personal and professional growth. “I have matured even more with the experience abroad and the positive and negative episodes that have happened to me,” Felipe Anderson explained. “So I feel I have grown, but when someone is willing to learn they will always grow. The awareness that we cannot make mistakes in any match is there, so we will go back on the field with this mentality to always give our best in all competitions. But above all, we need to continue from where we started, which is humility, spirit of sacrifice and team spirit.”
So his Lazio’s renewed goals. “When the team wants to grow it will always be more difficult, because everyone will know our strength. We have to challenge our limits, each of us has to improve. This is what we have to do and what we have to focus on. Certainly there is awareness about the work done, it is the thing that has allowed us to get to the top. So we start from a certainty, even if there will be difficulties,” Felipe Anderson concluded.
