Torino, Alejo Véliz is being evaluated for deputy Sanabria

One of the priorities for Torino in this soccer session will be the acquisition of a deputy Antonio Sanabria, who has been forced to work overtime given Pietro Pellegri’s ongoing physical problems. The Granata management would already be working to fulfill the requests of coach Ivan Juric.

According to reports from “Tuttosport,” the granata would have set their sights on Alejo Véliz, a 19-year-old striker from Rosario Central. the Piedmontese club would have presented the Argentinians with an offer of 6 million euros, however, the South American club would have rejected the proposal, as it would be willing to let the player leave for a higher amount.

In the coming days there should be new contacts between the parties to try to find an understanding.

Besides the deputy Sanabria, Torino would be working to define the purchase of Josh Doig from Hellas Verona.

From next July 1, it will be possible to deposit the contracts for the players who will make up the teams’ rosters for the 2023/2024 season.
