Neymar in Saudi Arabia, it’s official: pharaonic salary
Neymar officially leaves Paris Saint Germain and moves to Al Hilal. The Brazilian striker says goodbye to Europe and joins the list of stars headed by Cristiano Ronaldo playing in the Saudi Pro League.
Neymar in particular arrives at a club that this summer has currently accumulated a market deficit of more than 250 million euros after the arrivals of Kalidou Koulibaly, Milinkovic-Savic, Ruben Neves and Malcom, among others.
The Greenoro player has been persuaded by a sensational 160 million euro per season salary, almost half a million a day: he will also have a private plane and a villa with staff, fully paid for.
Psg thanked him in a post: “In six seasons Neymar has written the club’s history: our thanks go to him.” Neymar has made 173 appearances under the Eiffel Tower, with 118 goals and 77 assists. Al Hilal is expected to pay 100 million euros into Psg’s coffers for the player’s card.
