After his four-set victory over Etcheverry of Argentina, Swiss tennis player Stan Wawrinka in the post-match comments bluntly on Jannik Sinner, his next opponent in the third round of the Us Open.
"The first time I met him è it was the best match, because I won. Since then è everything has been different. He's an amazing player and very difficult to deal with. I played twice with Sinner this year and he destroyed me, so I think it will be very hard to stand up to him. He is very aggressive, plays fast and it is not è easy to find some weak points. In addition, winning his first Masters 1000 in Toronto gave him a lot more confidence in himself. I hope to be able to press him a little bit to put him in trouble.
