An exceptional fan for Italy-Poland

Thanks to the victory against France, Ferdinando De Giorgi’s national team joined Poland in the final of the European Championships. Another great match, after the very final of the last rainbow review, won by the Azzurri, will again see the two formations against each other. 

On Saturday at 9 p.m. in addition to the sold-out Palazzo dello Sport in Rome, the Azzurri will have a special fan; to attend the final of the European Championship 2023 there will also be the President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella, a great volleyball fan. 

The news è was given to Simone Giannelli in the post-match interview, during which the captain discribed that he was thrilled at the idea of having the president of the Republic as a super guest at the European title final.
