Europa League, all results of the first day of the group stage

There was no lack of spectacle on the first day of the Europa League group stage, and in this sense the superfight between Ajax and Olympique Marseille did not fail to live up to expectations, ending in a pyrotechnic 3-3 draw. Among the biggies, Liverpool and West Ham (last season’s Conference League winner) did well, Roberto De Zerbi’s Brighton fell, which did not need only 13 minutes of recovery in the second half to catch up with AEK.
