Fernando Alonso in no uncertain terms ahead of Qualifying.
The words of Fernando Alonso after the sixth place in FP2
After finishing sixth in FP2 of the Suzuka GP, Aston Martin driver Fernando Alonso è bluntly expressed his feelings ahead of the continuation of the weekend in Japan.
"We just got out of the car and we have no idea of all the data we have collected. We will study them tonight and hopefully be competitive tomorrow. We have made it to Q3 every weekend and the goal always remains that and to continue with this streak, but it will be a very tough battle here" began the Aston Martin driver to the microphones of "Sky Sports F1".
"It's been a good day, with great feelings, because Formula 1 cars are created for this kind of circuit, with lots of adrenaline and fast corners. We had a lot of fun and we also hope to be fast which will be the most important thing. The car gave me good feelings. It's always nice when you come to Suzuka" added Fernando Alonso.
