B) for acts contrary to the rules of order and safety and for violent acts committed by its supporters positioned in the Sector Tribune A, integrating danger to public safety, consisting in’having thrown, at the 95° minute of the match, a half-full and closed water bottle that hit the upper part of the bench occupied by the members of the opposing team, without consequences;

C) for having a small group of supporters positioned in the South and North Curva Sector, booed during the minute of recollection in memory of a Representative of the Institutions, immediately covered by the applause of other supporters positioned in the various Sectors. Considered the continuation, measure of the sanction in application of Articles 13, paragraph 2, and 25, paragraph 3, C.G.S., evaluated the overall manner of the facts, and noted that the whistles were covered by the applause of other fans (r. proc. fed, r. c.c).

RIMINI

for acts contrary to the rules of order and safety and for violent acts committed by its supporters positioned in the East Curva Sector, integrating danger to public safety, consisting of having thrown, at the 33° minute of the first half and at the 29° minute of the second half, two firecrackers into the playing enclosure, without consequences. 29/84 Considered the continuation, measure of the sanction in application of Articles 13, paragraph 2, 25, paragraph 3, and 26 C.G.S., evaluated the overall manner of the facts and considered the measures provided for and put in place in application of the organizational models implemented under Article 29 C.G.S. TARANTO

for acts contrary to the rules of order and safety and for violent acts committed by its supporters, integrating danger to public safety, consisting in’having thrown, from the North Curve Sector, in the 4° minute of the first half inside the penalty area a lit smoke grenade, causing the burning of the synthetic turf. Measure of the sanction in application of Articles 6, 13 paragraph 2, and 26 C.G.S., evaluated the overall manner of the facts, noted that there were no harmful consequences other than the burning of the turf, that the Company sanctioned disputed the match away and considered the organizational models ex art. 29 C.G.S. (r. proc. fed., r. c.c., photographic documentation, obligation to pay damages if requested).

TORRES

for having its supporters, positioned in the Curva Sud Sector: 1. in the 28th° minute of the first half, intoned outrageous chants against the Forces of’Order; 2. during the minute of recollection in memory of a Representative of the Institutions, continued to intone chants of incitement to their team without observing silence. Considered the continuation, measure of the sanction in application of Articles 13, paragraph 2, and 25, paragraph 3, C.G.S., evaluated the overall modalities of the facts and considered that the companyà disputed the match away (r. proc. fed, r. c.c.).

for failing to ensure the regular lighting of the stadium during the match, causing the suspension of the match for 40° minutes.
