Jannik Sinner è ready for Beijing ATP tournament

After the elimination in the round of 16 at the US Open at the hands of Sascha Zverev and the hiatus marked by controversy over the stop during the week dedicated to the Davis Cup, the time to see Jannik Sinner back on the court is about to return.

The South Tyrolean, drawn against Daniel Evans in the first round of the Chinese Open, responded to the controversy himself on his own terms, with his trademark smile on the court. He himself posted a photo of him in training on Instagram, making an appointment for the next match.

The goal è to do well in an important tournament, an ATP 500 that puts up crucial points both to stay in the very top positions of the world ranking and for the Race to the ATP Finals, which sees Sinner among the main protagonists.

Currently Jannik Sinner è seventh, as well as the first of the Italians, in the ATP ranking, behind Andrey Rublev and ahead of Taylor Fritz. In the Race, however, he occupies the fourth position overall, behind only Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz and Daniil Medvedev.
