Parma expels Cremona and maintains top spot

The eighth day of Serie B closes with the external success of Parma, against Cremonese, in a match that gave emotions to the fans present at the Giovanni Zini Stadium in Cremona. With this victory the ducali maintain the top spot, +4 over Palermo. 3-5-2 for Cremonese of Giovanni Stroppa, while Fabio Pecchia, adopted a 4-2-3-1.

Parma found the lead immediately, in the 6th° minute, but the goalè was annulled due to VAR. Despite this, the Ducali did not let themselves get down and found the lead at 54° thanks to Hernani Jr. on an assist from Ange-Yoan Bonny. Cremonese reacted promptly and equalized at 64° with a goal by Michele Castagnetti. However, the hosts’ joy è was short-lived because just two minutes later, Dennis Man scored the 2-1 goal for Parma. Another goal by Man è was disallowed at 68° for offside.

Despite Cremonese’s efforts, and the entries of Ciofani and Majer on the field, Parma maintained the lead until the final whistle, bringing home a valuable victory.
