F1, Sergio Perez responds in kind to criticism

A few days before the Qatar GP, Red Bull driver Sergio Perez wanted to respond in tone to the criticism he received from the media regarding his erratic performance during the season.

"Russell è crashed into the barriers on the last lap in Singapore while fighting for second place, but among the media no one has ever mentioned it. When it happens to a Red Bull driver, however, there are immediately thousands of people saying you should be replaced" began the Mexican driver as reported by "FormulaPassion".

"This kind of thing happens a lot in F1 and è the way the dynamics work in an environment of this caliber. I think the fact that I am Mexican has a major influence. I am very fortunate to have been born in Mexico and to have the support that few drivers have had in recent years. I am very proud to be able to represent my country all over the world" added Sergio Perez.
