Excellent second place at Lombardia for Andrea Bagioli

It's a season finale to remember for Andrea Bagioli: in fact, the Soudal Quick-Step rider (from next season at Lidl-Trek) took his third podium in just a few days, finishing second at the Giro di Lombardia after his third place at the Coppa Bernocchi and his victory in the GranPiemonte.

To help Bagioli, paradoxically, an unfortunate event for his team, the fall of Remco Evenepoel: "Fortunately, I was not involved – said Bagioli to the microphones of 'Rai Sport' -, while Remco had problems and at’the beginning of the Ganda: I have to thank him becauseé gave me the green light to make my race".
