Chelsea and Romelu Lukaku have reached an agreement that could lead to his sale outright next summer, according to market expert Fabrizio Romano.
This precedes the Belgian player's explosion at Roma, where he scored seven goals in eight games, prompting the Capitolini to consider the £37 million bid.
