On Wednesday, Pisa released a note taking stock of the situation at the level of injuries: in particular, the club updated fans and insiders on the conditions of Alessandro Arena, Idrissa Touré and Alessandro De Vitis.
"The Pisa Sporting Club – the statement reads – informs that instrumental examinations carried out on the player Alessandro Arena, following a traumatic event occurred during a training session last week, showed a partial ligamentous lesion of the right ankle; the player, who is alreadyà following a rehabilitation therapy, will be re-evaluated at’the beginning of next week to decide on’possible resumption of work on the field".
"The footballer Idrissa Tourè – adds the Nerazzurri company -, following contusive trauma to the right leg, è was also subjected to investigations that showed a distal fracture of the fibula that requires surgical stabilization. The player will be operated on today by Dr. Guardoli’s team and at the end of the post-operative course will be determined the recovery time".
"Finally, a sprained right knee injury for footballer Alessandro De Vitis should be noted; the examinations to which è was subjected also showed bone impact edema. The player, who is alreadyà following the appropriate therapies, will again undergo instrumental examinations in the coming days; on the basis of the’outcome of the same will be determined the recovery time" concludes the Tuscan club.
