Demis Cavina ready to face Reyer Venezia on the road

Press conference day for Vanoli Cremona and coach Demis Cavina, who in front of reporters presented the away game against Reyer Venezia, scheduled for Saturday night at the Palasport Taliercio, with the ball at two scheduled at 8:30 p.m.

"We will play in Venice a traditionally difficult game for Cremona,” Cavina said.

They have an ambitious team, with extreme physicality and quality, which has had some aches and pains between the preseason and the beginning of the season but has not been affected given the two consecutive useful results, losing two games in the Eurocup on the line".

"We need to repeat the things that are coming our way offensively,” he added; “obviously the half of the court where we need to grow è the defensive half and these games test our work and 'stress' the mechanisms, so we will have to be ready and capable. Venice è a valuable team and will test us".

Vanoli Cremona started the championship with the knockout in Trento (91-84) and the success against Sassari (86-74). Reyer, on the other hand, won the first two matches of the new Serie A season, against Tortona (76-60) and Pesaro (76-64). The losses came in the Eurocup: 69-76 against the London Lions, 75-81 against Paris Basketball.
