Juventus, tegola for Allegri: Danilo’s injury confirmed
After Nicolò Fagioli, Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri will have to deal with another heavy absence ahead of the match against AC Milan when the championship resumes. The Livorno coach, in fact, will have to do without Danilo, who suffered a muscle problem during the last match with Brazil. Instrumental examinations showed a hamstring injury.
"Danilo, following the injury he sustained with his own national team, underwent clinical and instrumental evaluations today at J Medical that showed a low-grade hamstring injury in his left thigh. The player has already started the rehabilitation process aimed at resuming competitive activity’this is the statement issued by the Bianconero club.
The Brazilian defender is expected to be in the pits for at least 20 days. Massimiliano Allegri’s hope would be to recover the player 100 percent for the match against Inter, scheduled for Nov. 26.
Ahead of the challenge against AC Milan, in addition, the presence of Federico Chiesa, who left the Coverciano training camp prematurely in the hope of fully recovering from injury, also remains in doubt.
