Andrea Iannone, the return to the track is official

Andrea Iannone in 2024 will return to racing and will do so in the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship with Team GoEleven, riding a Ducati Panigale V4 R. The rider from Vasto known for his character both on and off the track will be back in action after four years but è ready to prove that he still has the talent and speed.

After four years of absence ‘The Maniac’ è ready to return to have his say and to make his mark: "I have been waiting for this moment for a long time, finally I return to the track, theì where I have spent my life. I thank Gigi Dall’Igna, Paolo Ciabatti, Claudio Domenicali, Marco Zambenedetti and the whole GoEleven team for the trust, with their support I have regained the’enthusiasm I had as a child. Special thanks also to the WorldSBK family for the’opportunity’. I am loaded”.

Denis Sacchetti, Team Manager of Team GoEleven, welcomes Iannone with great enthusiasm: “We have worked so hard to make this dream come true; we would have liked to shout it to the world already for quite some time, but creating such an important project is not trivial and must be structured carefully. The Maniac decided to get back into the game, not è everyone, it takes fur on the stomach after all that è happened and so much time out of racing. È brave choice, for some it may seem crazy, but the right amount of crazy and courage can lead to great feats. Whyé this bet? When we started talking to him, we were impressed by his determination, grit and desire to get back to doing what he loves".
