Jannik Sinner opted for a strategic break this week, forgoing the Antwerp ATP250 to focus on his physical preparation.
After a fruitful Asian trip, the South Tyrolean is working hard in the gym and on the court in order to cope with the close of the year as best he can. His schedule includes major events such as the ATP500 in Vienna, the Paris-Bercy Masters1000, the ATP Finals in Turin and the Davis Cup Finals in Malaga.
Jannik’s priority è to be 100 percent for these important events, so he decided to work hard in Monte Carlo, as seen in a video posted on social media.
Sinner è trained with a visibly heavy medicine ball, as well as in jumping rope, before a session of hitting from the back of the court.
