A few days before the Australian GP, Ducati Mooney VR46 centaur Marco Bezzecchi wanted to shed light on his physical condition after the accident he suffered during a training session at the Tavullia Motor Ranch.

"I can only be happy and satisfied with the weekend we leave behind us. We hit two very good results despite the injury. On paper, here in Phillip Island, things should be better. The track è fast, but there are no big braking sections, the point where, physically, I suffer the most. We will keep our teeth clenched and try our best to recover and rest for the race. The track è one of my absolute favorites and last year I was really very fast with a very solid race" began the Ducati centaur to the team official channels.

Besides Bezzecchi, ahead of the Australian GP, teammate Luca Marini also spoke: "As a rider, but also as a spectator, the Phillip Island race è magical. Always a wonderful weekend, both from a purely sporting point of view and otherwise. I arrive with this spirit. It won't be easy, compared to Indonesia everything changes: the tires, the layout, the temperatures, but I am sure the Ducatis can have their say. We recover all the energy we can and see you Friday morning on the track to have fun".
