Serie A: TV rights awarded for the next five years. De Laurentiis controversial

It's been found the agreement for the TV rights of the next five-year Serie A (2024-2029). After a long negotiation, the situation remains the same as it is now: the top Italian championship will remain on Sky and Dazn for the next five years as well.

No Serie A League channel: in the end, the clubs accepted the two broadcasters'offer, albeit deemed lower than the requests. The offer calls for an average of 900 million euros per year: 17 clubs voted in favor, one abstained and two opposed.

On Dazn all five league matches will be broadcast, on Sky there will be three matches for each round. Juventus, Inter and Milan have sided with the broadcasters.

Opposing Aurelio De Laurentiis, who wanted a League channel: "È a defeat of Italian soccer, with this offer soccer will dieà", declared the Napoli president polemically.
