Bad news is coming for Milan and Stefano Pioli. Pierre Kalulu and Marco Pellegrino, both of whom were forced to leave the field in the match against Napoli on Sunday night, underwent instrumental examinations to verify the'extentà of their respective injuries.
Kalulu suffered a left rectus femoris tendon injury, 'meriting surgery'. The French defender is likely to be out of action for a long period of time should he undergo surgery. As for Pellegrino, however, instrumental examinations showed a compound fracture of the calcaneal bone. The Argentine defender will be in the pits for at least a month.
