Bologna, the infirmary empties ahead of Lazio

Good news from Bologna's infirmary: defensive midfielders Lucumi and Beukema are back with the group, with the latter having a chance to find a starting jersey again as early as tomorrow night in the home opener with Lazio, alongside Calafiori.

Former De Silvestri and El Azzouzi remain in the pits due to muscle problems in a thigh. Posch returns as a starter on the right defensive flank, while on the left Lykogiannis è favored over Kristiansen in the ballot.

Reduced by ten useful results in a row, Bologna è awaits the maturity exam with Lazio tomorrow at the Dall'Ara. And Thiago Motta has no intention of stopping.

"We have a lot of respect for the opponent and the coach,” he says, “they are of a high level. We have to make it difficult for them in transitions, because the biancoceleste team is a team that dribbles, that draws you out in construction to hurt you: we will have to try to take the game to our side. We need everyone to maintain or raise the level and we have to improve and not lose what good we are building. Tomorrow is Lazio and the next game is always the most important: we have to be focused and determined".
