Inter anxious for Benjamin Pavard

Hours of apprehension in the Inter household over Benjamin Pavard's injury. The Nerazzurri defender, in fact, è was forced to leave the field after half an hour due to a left knee problem in the match against Atalanta, which Inter later won 2-1. The French footballer è slumped to the ground after a clash of play with Ademola Lookman, with his teammates immediately calling for a change.

In the post-game coach Simone Inzaghi said: "The kneecap è out and back in, I think we will lose him for a while' some time". For the time being, ligament damage has been averted, so it will be a subluxation or dislocation of the left kneecap. In any case, Pavard will undergo instrumental exams to verify the extent of the injury on Monday.

In the best-case scenario, that is, in case of subluxation, the timeframe is still long: it ranges from six to eight weeks, with the serious risk that the French defender may not return until 2024, in the hope of recovering for the Final Four of the Italian Supercup.
