Gianni Petrucci won’t budge on Gianmarco Pozzecco’s future

Italian Basketball Federation president Gianni Petrucci è indulged in a lengthy interview with Tuttosport in which he also spoke about the future of the national basketball team’s head coach, Gianmarco Pozzecco: "The renewal? Later, later. You have to see many things, Poz knows that he has my trust. Humanly the renewal there’è, then there’è the material and concrete".

"I have always been against Pozzecco’s part-time – added the number one of Italian basketball -. But è like when a football player does not want to stay in a club. Pozzecco wanted to gain experience in the Euroleague, I am happy for him and I hear from him almost every day. È a dragger, I wish him luck and the first results are positive".
