Rafael Nadal announced place and date of his return

A few days ago Rafael Nadal announced that he would definitely return to play in 2024, which in theory should be his last year of competitive activity. Now, in a reel on Instagram, the 37-year-old Majorcan outfielder has also announced the place and date of his return to the ATP circuit.

Nadal will return to play in the first week of January in the ATP 250 in Brisbane, on cement, in preparation for the Australian Open, the very tournament after which he had had to interrupt activity for almost a year and in which he was beaten in three sets in the second round by U.S. MacKenzie McDonald.
