Tathiana Garbin has left Pisa's Cisanello Hospital and returned to her home, as reported by the captain of the Italian National Tennis Team via a story on Instagram. After her participation in the Billie Jean King Cup final in Seville, Garbin had revealed that she was suffering from a rare form of cancer, undergoing her first surgery on Oct. 22.

Subsequently, she had disclosed that she would face a second surgery, as per the treatment plan established by the doctors. In an open letter, he had expressed his hope to return to the field soon due to the quick recovery he had.

On December 1, Tathiana had announced through social media that the second surgery had been successfully performed and that she was in good condition. Previously, she had enjoyed her girls’ visit to the hospital.
