The behind-the-scenes of the Sanremo Festival offers decidedly peculiar moments, some of them related, può or not directly, to the world of sports: one of the most peculiar of the day on Thursday was the little joke in the press room between reporters and singer Loredana Bertè, one of the thirty participants of the 2024 edition.

Indeed, Bertè explained that she has one more reason to try to win the Festival: "I want to win to go to Eurovision – said the singer. Do you know whyé? Because é it is held in Sweden and lì there'è my ex-husband, he would be so disappointed if I went and bothered him lì!". The reference, very clear, è to former tennis player Bjorn Borg, whose marriage to Bertè lasted from 1989 to 1992.

To materialize the possibility, Loredana Bertè would actually have to win the Sanremo Festival, an eventuality that would guarantee automatic qualification to the Eurovision Song Festival, where the winners of the major song festivals of each country on the Old Continent enter the competition.

Loredana Bertè is participating in the 2024 Sanremo Festival with the song "Pazza". A song that was an immediate success among insiders, so much so that it earned the first place in the ranking related to the votes of the press room after the first evening of the review in the City of Flowers.
