Milan-Atalanta, probable formations

Milan vs. Atalanta for the third time in less than two months, after the first leg challenge decided in December by Luis Muriel in Bergamo in favor of the Nerazzurri and then the one in San Siro in the Coppa Italia that once again rewarded the Orobica lineup. This time it is played in the Sunday evening post-match valid for the 26th day of Serie A. And very important points for the Champions League zone are at stake: in case of victory the Rossoneri would secure the third place, if defeated they would find themselves the two fourth-placed Bologna and Atalanta both at a worrying -4.

Milan strong with some important recoveries in defense, allowing Stefano Pioli the luxury of choice. With Tomori, Kalulu and Calabria all available, only the latter should see the field from the first minute, starting on the right with the unfailing Theo Hernandez on the opposite lane: in the center with Kjaer there will be Gabbia. Important names also in the forwards, with Pulisic, Loftus-Cheek and Leao on the pitch behind the confirmed center forward Giroud. In the middle Bennacer with Reijnders.

Plenty in the possible choices for Gian Piero Gasperini as well. His Atalanta will start from the certainties at the back (now immovable starter Carnesecchi in goal, as well as the back line Scalvini-Djimsiti-Kolasinac). In midfield, the starting pair De Roon-Ederson is seen again, with Pasalic the first alternative to both of them and the trequartista Koopmeiners. On the flanks again Holm with Ruggeri, forward certain of a starting place the much-discussed former De Ketelaere. By his side è a Miranchuk in great form ahead of Scamacca and Touré.

The probable lineups
