Serie B: 7 footballers disqualified, hefty fine to Palermo

The sports judge has released the disciplinary measures after the midweek Serie B round. Seven players have been disqualified, including as many as two from Modena, which will have to do without Luca Strizzolo and Edoardo Duca in the match against Cremonese. As for the clubs, the one who paid the most for it was Palermo, which was fined as much as 12,000 euros.

Fine of € 5,000.00: to Soc. LECCO for having its supporters, during the match, throwing some firecrackers on the field of play; attenuated penalty ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.

Fine of € 3,000.00: to Soc. PISA for having failed to prevent the entrance on the playing field to an unauthorized person who protested in a disrespectful manner against a refereeing decision.

Fine of € 2,000.00: to Soc. BARI for having its supporters, during the match, throwing two firecrackers and a smoke bomb into the playing area; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 letter b) CGS.

Fine of € 2,000.00: to Soc. CATANZARO for having its supporters, in the course of the match, thrown a glass full of liquid on the ground and a smoke bomb in the playing area; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.

Fine of € 1,500.00: to Soc. ASCOLI for having its supporters, at 37° of the first half, launched a firecracker in the playing enclosure; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.
