Former world number one Jimmy Connors in his podcast 'Advantage Connors' sounded the alarm on Carlos Alcaraz, still winless after his Wimbledon triumph in 2023. "I think some players have figured out how to face him or his type of game. His way of playing at’the beginning took everyone by surprise but maybe now è a bit’ clearer".

According to the American tennis legend, Alcaraz needs to change something: "Maybe Alcaraz needs to change a little bit’ and try to find something different. It is not a big change, but just small adjustments to be made along the way to counter his opponents".
