Indian Wells, Jannik Sinner is charged: “I prepared well.”
In 2024 the South Tyrolean has yet to lose a match
This is it. Jannik Sinner è ready for a new challenge. Coming up next is his debut in Indian Wells against Thanasi Kokkinakis. The Italian aims to continue playing great, as he has been doing for quite some time (è undefeated in this first slice of 2024). Among the favorites to win the Indian Wells Masters 1000, Jannik Sinner feels charged to the max and can't wait to take the court.
"I am happy to be in Indian Wells, in this great tournament, I feel that I have prepared well and that I am ready to play great tennis", his words in the pre-tournament press conference. On the journey so far: "There have been moments when I realized that I have done something great – says Sinner -. Thinking about it è normal, and despite the fact that I live little on social media and am hardly ever in Italy, I have felt and continue to feel all this incredible affection, and I am happy about that".
L'azzurro explained his "obsession":"When I am not working I am sick, I feel at peace with myself only when I am with my team, giving my best in training and in the gym. This è my obsession". An obsession that is taking him to the top of world tennis. Many are already dreaming of a semifinal with Carlos Alcaraz with the No. 2 ATP ranking position at stake.
