All that was missing was the official announcement, now it has arrived: Igor Tudor è the new coach of Lazio. The announcement è was made by the biancoceleste club itself, first through a post published on its social channels and later through a statement released on its official website.
"S.S. Lazio announces that Igor Tudor, as of today, assumes the role of head of the first team" reads the note issued by the Capitoline club.
The Croatian coach takes over from Giovanni Martusciello, who had led Lazio in the challenge with Frosinone, after Maurizio Sarri resigned. The former coach of Udinese and Verona among others, signed a contract until June 2025 with an option for another season.
