A race finished in points, but with some regrets.

Fabio Di Giannantonio in Portimao centers the Top 10 after a Grand Prix of Portugal not easy for him and for the VR46 Racing Team in this start of the season in MotoGP. Even by virtue of crashes and retirements that affected several big names on the grid (starting with the collision between Pecco Bagnaia and Marc Marquez), the Roman, who started from the fifth row, showed a steady pace over the distance by climbing back to the limits of the ten after a weekend more complicated than expected.

"I am not very happy with the race – admitted Di Giannantonio at the end of the day, also making self-criticism -. Surely the potential we could express today was much moreù high, but we made a mistake that slowed us down in the recovery".

"On the one hand, knowing what è was the problem helps us and so, also considering that we are only in our second race with the team and we are getting to know each other, we go to the US ready to do well. Overall, the balance è quite positive, from Fridayì to today we have made progress", added Di Giannantonio.
