George Russell frames Mercedes’ weak point
The statements of the former Williams ahead of the Suzuka Gp
.
A few days before the weekend in Japan, the British driver George Russell, during the press conference to present the Gp, dwelt on the details that have negatively affected the start of the season of Mercedes.
"The trend è clear since the beginning of the season, we struggle in fast corners like here in Suzuka. But we are at an early stage of the season and we have to understand many things but we are working hard to understand more. We don’t have the machine wand but step by step there’è a little bit more understanding. We are taking steps in the right direction, whether they are enough we will see" began the British pilot.
"In Melbourne the dynamics of the accident è was very strange. If Alonso had not been penalized for that braking, it would have set a dangerous precedent for the rest of the season and even for other categories. With him, however, there's nothing personal. I met him in a coffee shop è we talked quietly. With the helmet off, we turn the page" added George Russell.
