Two clear options in view of the future.

Danilo è the captain of Juventus, but despite this his future in bianconero è all to be defined. The Brazilian defender, born in 1991 è is under contract with the Piedmontese club until 2025, which means he would go on expiry next season. An aspect that could induce the club to act, with two hypotheses that at the moment seem to be going for the most.

According to what the website of 'Repubblica' reported on Thursday, in fact, Juventus does not currently seem willing to negotiate an extension of his contract with Danilo. The player will turn 34 during the summer when his agreement with the Bianconeri expires, who in fact seem ready to give up on him.

In this sense, they would be pondering the possibility of putting him on the market already at the end of this season, so as to cash in from the operation a small treasury to reinvest on other reinforcements. The alternative is to confirm him in the squad, leaving him to leave the following summer on a zero-parameter basis. A not insignificant consideration, taking into account that Danilo also in this championship è has been among the players most used by Massimiliano Allegri: in fact, at the moment he boasts 25 appearances on the field, with also a goal to his credit scored in the Empoli away match.
