Games are opened again for MINT Vero Volley Monza in the SuperLega Credem Banca 2023/24 Scudetto Semifinals. Coach Eccheli’s boys, down 2-0 in the series, threw their hearts over the obstacle in the third act, conquering for the first time in their history the “Il T Quotidiano Arena” and imposing in the tie-break (26-24; 22-25; 25-27; 27-25; 13-15) on the hosts – as well asé Defending Champions -, of Itas Trentino.

A very hard-fought match by both formations, where Monza è was good to immediately put the first set – lost 26-24 – behind them, and then impose themselves decisively in the second and third partial. The opponents’ comeback in the fourth game delivered the challenge to the tie-break, which saw the Vero Volleyball boys attack the Trentino players with conviction and repel their attacks, winning the match after more than two hours of play.

Eric Loeppky, deployed as a surprise opposite, commented as follows: "& This match è was crazy. When your back is against the wall you always have to bring out the best, and I think today we all fought together putting in everything we had. They gave us a hard time, playing well, but I am very happy with the result and the team. The next match will be very hard: we have to be ready".
