After the exciting Pirelli Round of Holland 2024, the TT Circuit Assen and WorldSBK have announced the renewal of the agreement already in force, with the Dutch circuit thus being part of the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship calendar until 2031. A renewal that will allow fans to experience many more thrills and that will allow the presence of the Holland Round on the Championship calendar for a further six years.
56,734 attendees over the three days of Holland Round 2024, demonstrating the circuit's attractiveness and its importance to the Championship. The Holland Round continues to be a key fixture, especially for home idols Michael van der Mark, Jeffrey Buis, and promising riders such as Loris Veneman and Glenn van Straalen, who scored his first WorldSSP victory in 2024.
Great tradition for the TT Circuit Assen, known as the ‘Cathedral of Motorcycling’. The Dutch circuit's debut on the WorldSBK calendar dates back to 1992: also renewed is the agreement that will also allow MotoGP’ to take to the track in Assen until 2031. This dual commitment testifies to the TT Circuit Assen's important role in both World Motorcycle Championships.
