Soì Lorenzo Musetti, who has just withdrawn from the Internazionali d'Italia, explained in a press conference the reasons that forced him to stop during the match with Atmane.

"I am very sorry, I tried with all my little strength. Yesterday I cancelled training because I was all day with fever and an intestinal virus that did not allow me to arrive prepared for the match”.

“I tried to go into the match with what I had, also the heat and the conditions did not help me. I had no energy, almost had a feeling of fainting and I was very weak.
