The South Tyrolean is undergoing rehabilitation at J Medical

Concern is growing around Sinner’s physical condition. As known, the world No. 2 player è withdrew from the Madrid tournament due to a hip problem. He is currently at J Medical in Turin to undergo a rehabilitation program so he can return to play as soon as possible. The goal è to be there at Roland Garros.

However, at the moment there's no certainty that the Italian will be able to take the court on the Paris clay. The hip injury does not appear to be serious but doctors urge caution. It is an injury that needs to be managed as best as possible, precisely because it affects the joints. In short, Sinner must be very patient and think only of recovering as best he can.

Clearly, Sinner would like to play all the time, even more so at Roland Garros where he could even become number 1 in the world but, at the same time, he cannot risk further complicating an already suboptimal physical condition that is worrying all his fans a lot.

"We will carefully evaluate my condition, if I have to stop more; I will do it. I would like to play every day, every tournament, because é I love tennis. Forè the season è long and showing up unprepared for a Slam with long matches to the five sets could be counterproductive", Sinner himself had stated a few days ago. The feeling è that he already knew that this injury could strand him for an unspecified time. Unfortunately, it cannot be done otherwise. Sinner’s future comes first, even Roland Garros.
