NBA playoffs: OKC redemption as Boston flies to 3-1
To watch the Cavs a special guest: LeBron James
The NBA playoff spectacle continues. Thanks to a crazy ending, with a 9-0 partial, OKC managed to knock out Dallas (100-96) and bring the series back to perfect parity (2-2). In addition to a decidedly confusing finish, the Mavs paid for a negative 40.9 percent from the field.
The absolute star of the Thunder’s success on the Mavs’ court bears the name of Gilgeous-Alexander. The OKC all-star ended his run with an impressive 34 points, to which he also added eight rebounds and five assists. Despite not being in the best physical condition, Doncic still signs a triple-double (18 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists), unfortunately not enough to avoid home defeat.
At Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, home of the Cavs, also present was former LeBron James to follow the match against the Celtics. Unfortunately for the hosts, his presence did not bring good, as Boston è won the game (109-102), thus taking a 3-1 lead in the series. It weighed the absence, in the Cavs house, of Mitchell (in addition to that of Allen).
Shining, however, was the talent of Tatum, who put up 33 points with an impressive 11 rebounds. Teammate Brown, capable of scoring 27 points with an excellent 9/15 from the field, does not joke either. On the other side, he tries with all the strength he has in his body Garland who closes game 4 with 30 points, to which he also adds seven assists.
