Thiago Motta è is getting closer and closer to the Juventus bench. The Italobrazilian coach, creator of the Bologna revelation of this season, able to clamorously qualify to the next edition of the Champions League, è has been chosen by the Bianconeri managers as the man to entrust the team from next season, replacing Massimiliano Allegri.
According to rumors reported by Corriere.it, the Turin club and the red-blue coach’s agents have found a basis of understanding for on a two-year contract with an option for a third year: Thiago Motta will earn 3.5 million euros per season.
The signing is still missing, but there's optimism in Turin about the changing of the guard. Technical director Cristiano Giuntoli has decided to bet on him but is keeping a low profile at the moment, given the Coppa Italia final scheduled in a few hours and the last matches of the season.
Thiago Motta's arrival could facilitate the purchase of Calafiori, again from Bologna: a technical quid pro quo could go to the Emilian club to lower the player's price.
