A blunt statement that could weigh in no small part in the future.

Jorge Martin calls Marc Marquez. The current leader of the MotoGP world championship standings è still waiting to know his future, which could take him to the Ducati factory team. The current Pramac bearer, however, does not hide the identity of the one he would most like as a box mate. In fact, it is not Pecco Bagnaia, but Marc Marquez himself.

"Being promoted to the official Ducati team would represent for me the closing of the circle. Clear però that this decision does not depend on me – stressed Martin in an interview for 'Cadena SER' – I would then love to work closely with Marc Marquez, the greatest in history along with Valentino Rossi".

Martin è then went further in his praise of Marquez: "Already; having the chance to fight on the track against him è something special. To have him as a teammate, però would be really great. For the moment I can just deal with him, and I must say that I am succeeding in beating him even though succeeding is never an easy feat".

In the course of the interview, forè Martin also wanted to mention Bagnaia. "To have fought on the track with Pecco and with Marquez, and to continue to do so while also managing to get the better of them, è something that gives an important value to my performance. In 2023 I had started the championship badly, and maybe some people doubted me. Now winning makes me strong, although always confirming is not è a walk", pointed out the Spaniard of Team Pramac.
