Amedeo Tessitori’s words on the eve of Race 2

Sunday, May 26 at the Virtus Segafredo Arena in Bologna at 8:45 p.m. is staged Game 2 of the LBA playoff scudetto semifinal series between Reyer Venezia and Virtus Bologna. After a first game in which the Venetian team played a great second half, recovering 20 lengths of disadvantage and having the possession to win the game, before the overtime, the orogranata will return to the court even more determined to tie the series.

Amedeo Tessitori presented Game 2 against the Bianconero club at a press conference: "Game 1 gave us even more awareness of our means, we conceded a lot to Bologna in the first half while in the second we were good at using our defense to get back into the game. We are convinced that we can compete in Game 2 as well, we have to do some things better and we are working on that".

"For sure we will need the compactness and team unity that is in our DNA,” added the Orogranata center, “but we have to stay focused on our game plan for 40 minutes because we play against a team that punishes our every mistake".

"With humilityà and cooperation we can extend the series, we are very determined to do our best" concluded Tessitori.
