Pro Recco is crowned champion of Italy for the 36th time in its history, the 17th in the last 18 Serie A1 seasons. The Biancocelesti overwhelmed Savona in game 2 with a result of 12-3, confirming their supremacy in Italy. Hat trick of the unleashed Cannella, best scorer of the final, also in goal Younger (2), Gratta, Presciutti (2), Condemi (2), Kakaris and Hallock for the Italian champions, Rocchi, Figlioli and Guidi for the guests.
