On the sidelines of the presentation of Sky Sport’s commitment to the 2024 European Football Championships Sportal.it spoke exclusively with Beppe Bergomi, the 1982 world champion.

“Are we going to Berlin once again? In the meantime we are packing our bags, we are going to Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen and Leipzig. After the first round we will be able to have clearer ideas about the path that this Italian national team will be able to take” he said.

“I trust Luciano Spalletti a lot, because heé has strokes of genius and solutions: even in the pre-convocations he’ surprised us a bit. I am very curious to see what he will propose in this tournament” added the former defender.
