Only the official announcement is missing but the agreement has been found between Napoli and Antonio Conte, who will be the new coach of the Azzurri club. The Apulian coach has agreed to a three-year contract with salaries between 6 and 7 million euros a year, it is learned. Meanwhile, Conte è already in contact with President Aurelio De Laurentiis and ds Giovanni Manna to build the new team after a very disappointing year.

In the meantime, the blue club is preparing the official presentation of the new coach, which could take place at the Teatro San Carlo, in the city center, in front of the Artichoke fountain in Piazza Trieste e Trento, the symbolic place of the fans’ celebration when Napoli wins a trophy.

The presentation could take place as early as next week, with Conte eager to return to coaching after a year and two months off since his adventure on the Tottenham bench in England ended. The coach will have a first season with Napoli outside of Europe in which he can concentrate fully on rebuilding the team, aiming for Champions League qualification.

Ahead of the resumption of training on July 11 in Dimaro, Trentino, Italy, the new coach and club are now aiming to renew the contract of Kvaratskhelia, tempted by Paris Saint Germain, keeping a star after Osimhen's farewell. Rrahmani, Lobotka, Raspadori, Politano, Meret are the other players from whom Conte would start again, also trying to talk to captain Di Lorenzo who has announced he wants to leave Naples. It starts again with the new coach one step away from signing.
